123 express Pty Ltd was formed in Newcastle, NSW Australia in 2005 when David and Kasey Norman, joined with Brad and Mandy Jones to create a place where people from all levels and abilities could fast track their goals and gain health in a society that simply doesn't have time for ANYTHING, even our own health. 123 express combines exceptional equipment coupled with an understanding of why people don't exercise enough or at all and have created an answer to many preventable health concerns.
