Company History
A La Turko started out as the passionate idea of founder David Boga in the early 1980's. His dream was to bring to the world a delicious and high-quality sampling of the wonderful foods and cooking techniques that are part of the exciting Turkish tradition. David wanted to delight all his customers with the absolute quality, the delicious tastes, and the health benefits of Turkish food, but to be served according to David's high standards and principles.
