Training and support
As soon as you sign your Franchise Agreement with Apricot Lane we will begin to help you prepare to operate your own successful fashion boutique. We conduct a unique and intensive initial training program divided into four areas that cover all facets of the business operations:
- Two weeks of home training
- Five days of classroom training in Vacaville, CA
- Three to five days of on-site training
- Three months Post-Opening Program
- Continuing support throughout your ownership
Ideal Candidate
As with the clothes you will be carrying in your boutique, "Fit" is very important to us with our franchisees. We are looking for dedicated entrepreneurs with a desire to succeed. Some business management or retail experience is a plus, but it is not required. We look for qualified individuals who demonstrate characteristics including: Enthusiasm, Strong People Skills, A Sense of Fashion, Strong Organizational Skills, and Financial Stability.
