Multi-Unit Franchisee Brent Veach Opens His 48th Restaurant

Brent Veach has been franchising for two decades now. In that time he's developed dozens of restaurants throughout Phoenix and Colorado. He now has 48 Del Taco restaurants thanks to his most recent opening in Castle Rock, Colorado, just outside Denver.

"After investing with Del Taco for nearly 20 years, I've never felt more optimistic about the company's growth than I do today," said Veach, who joined the franchise system in 1999 and is opening the first Denver-market location in 7 years. "From menu additions to brand refreshes, our leadership team is clearly making strategic changes to set us up for long-term success, and we're seeing consistent proof in our system-wide sales increases."

Veach is well-known operator in the Del Taco system where he serves as president of Del Taco's Franchise Marketing Advisory Team, where he works alongside brand leadership to achieve transparent franchisee and franchisor relations.

The Del Taco brand is supporting franchisee growth and has recently added a new tagline - Fresh Mexican Grill - as well as launching a new advertising campaign.
