Bakers + Baristas was founded in 1981 and since day one, the first thing we do each and every day is turn on the oven and open a fresh pack of coffee beans. Once the first batch of fresh muffins and pastries are out of the oven and you can smell the freshly ground coffee beans, we’re ready to open the doors.

Our passion and expertise (and probably those lovely aromas wafting out of the door) have meant we’ve now grown to 63 Bakers + Baristas stores across the UK and Ireland and amassed a well-thumbed recipe book of over 400 cakes and muffins, with an ever-changing seasonal offer in all of our stores. Franchise History

Since opening their first store in the UK in 1997, BB's Coffee & Muffins has now become the largest Shopping Centre Café operator in the UK and Ireland. Being able to offer high quality products at a reasonable price in a friendly atmosphere helps them serve the kind of affordable luxuries that customers want and allows them to deliver a truly unique shopping centre café experience that's often copied, but never equalled. Their stores have a relaxed ambience, offering premium coffee, indulgent smoothies, freshly prepared baguettes and mouth-watering muffins, all of which are baked daily at each store, as theyll as many other products of superb quality and value for money.
