Franchisee Paul Ito Adds Another Location January 04, 2011 // Franchising.com // TUALATIN, Ore. – Bishops Barbershop, cuts and colors for men and women, today announced that franchisee Paul Ito has opened his shop in Bridgeport Village, at 7192 SW Hazel Fern Road in Tualatin.
