We offer a wide variety of in demand and unique window treatments such as blinds, shutters, cellular shades, roller shades, draperies, curtains from well-known manufacturers such as Hunter Douglas, Kathy Ireland Home by Alta, and Norman Shutters. Plus, Budget Blinds offers a variety of popular window coverings under its very own private label, Signature Series.
In 2005, Budget Blinds expanded its product offerings by offering area rugs by Shaw Living by Kathy Ireland Home. Budget Blinds recently added a truly unique product line consisting of digitally printed blinds coordinated with borders, murals and other accents to surround homeowners in a totally coordinated room. This product is available exclusively through Budget Blinds.
Company History
Founded in 1992 by five young entrepreneurs, Budget Blinds allows customers to shop at home for window coverings. Tony Forbes, Brent Hallock, Chad Hallock, Todd Jackson and David Lewis had been working for a California-based window-covering retailer when changes in ownership forced them to leave the company. Using the experience they had gained, the co-workers started their own business and began franchising two years later.
