Company History
Corporate Caterers was started by Dennis McGinley and Jim Gass in 1997. They each brought over 20 years experience in restaurant management and catering when they combined their talents to open their first operation in Miami, Florida. Their business grew rapidly, and in 2000 they recruited a past associate, Elda Caveda, to assist them in developing their business operations and office management systems. Then Jim opened the Boca Raton operation in early 2002 to serve a growing demand from existing and new clients in counties north of Miami.
