The look, feel, and attitude are branding irons, John Wayne, and friendly Cowgirls and Cowboys galore. Cowgirl Café specializes in two meal segments, breakfast and lunch. The food is tasty and plentiful and the coffee is hot and strong. The portions are large and the quality is unmatched. Proprietary recipes include biscuits and gravy straight from the Texas chuck wagons, patty style sausage with secret family seasoning, a Giddy Up Breakfast, old fashioned oatmeal, cowgirl size pancakes, grits, Texas sized burgers, sandwiches, and salads and just about anything else a cowgirl or cowboy has a hankering for such as cinnamon rolls, muffins, cookies, pies, and brownies baked right in the restaurant. Cowgirl Café gives back to the community by regularly supporting local charity causes.
