Creative Cooking School was founded in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2002 by Chef Catherine Margles and was the city's first recreational cooking school. Margles started the school in part due to her love and passion for cooking. Catherine is a professionally trained Chef, and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the prestigious Executive program at Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Creative Cooking School's credo is ″To teach Professional Cooking Techniques to the Home Chef.″
