Territory:
You will be granted an exclusive territory identified as including that area within 1 or more zip codes, counties, or a city, in a specific state, in which your franchised EatZ &Associates Restaurant Brokerage must be located. You will be licensed to operate one EatZ & Associates Business within your "Exclusive Territory." Your office location, whether a home office or a leased location, does not necessarily need to be physically within your Exclusive Territory, but it must be close enough to your Exclusive Territory to allow you to have face-to-face meetings with clients.
The franchise fee is $25,000. The total estimated initial investment ranges from $33,950.00 to $102,050.00, including the first three months' expenses. How long does it take to open an EatZ & Associates franchised business?
The typical length of time to open and begin operation of an EatZ & Associates Restaurant Brokerage is 2 weeks after training, if located in a home office. If you choose to lease space, it may take up to 90 days after training. This is an estimated amount of time, based on our experience, and it could take longer to open a new facility.
 You will be part of the Eatz and Associates System
When you become one of our franchisees, you can manage and develop your business as part of the EatZ & Associates Restaurant Brokerage system. You will not be alone, you will receive initial training, information, and assistance from us. We use our industry experience and knowledge to connect individuals who are looking to start their own restaurant franchise, with restaurant companies who are looking to franchise their concept. We have integrated relationships with restaurant franchisors that are looking to re-sell existing franchised restaurants. We connect these franchisors with people who are looking to buy existing franchised restaurants. We have proven and established procedures, methods, sources, and programs. This means that you can focus on the operation of your franchised business, without having to establish the structure, or try to "reinvent the wheel."
