They use grass-fed, organic Virginia Kobe beef, cook their fresh fries in olive oil and offer veggie burgers and fresh-scooped milk shakes. Everything is made fresh daily. Elevation Burger, a chain that prides itself on "elevated" customer service, employees and products was founded by husband and wife entrepreneurs Hans and April Hess in September 2005. The restaurant has become such a huge success due to its fresh and organic approach to its burgers and its patented fresh fries cooked in olive oil that the company has decided to franchise. Restaurants are 1,500-2,000 square feet and seat 25 to 90 guests with outdoor seating.
