Upscale Hotel Chain Debuts First Design Option III Property in Tennessee
April 18, 2012 // Franchising.com // McLEAN, Va. – Embassy Suites Hotels, Chattanooga Hotel Property Investment and Legacy Property Group broke ground yesterday on Embassy Suites Chattanooga – Hamilton Place located at Shallowford Road and I-75. Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2013, the hotel will be the sixth Embassy Suites in Tennessee and the first Embassy Suites in the state to feature the brand’s latest design concept, Design Option III. The full service, all-suites hotel will have 203 suites and 10,000 square feet of meeting space.

Embassy Suites Richland to Feature Boutique Vineyard & Private Label Wine
November 16, 2011 // Franchising.com // MCLEAN, Va. - Embassy Suites Hotels, the upscale, all-suites hotel brand, has announced that Redstone Suites, LLC, will build a 165-suite property in the Horn Rapids Golf Community of Richland, Washington. Embassy Suites Richland is planned to be four stories with 10,000 square feet of meeting space. Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2012, with architectural and engineering firm Butler, Rosenbury & Partners leading the build.
