He is Owner/Operator of Pizzerias, LLC, growing 31 Papa John's stores weekly sales by 18% in 4 years and manages a $2,500,000 annual advertising budget. He has served as CEO and Owner of the first two Schlotzsky's Deli's in Florida, which were consistently ranked in the top 20 highest volume sales stores in the system, and served as President and Operating partner of Jenny Craig de Mexico - managing 9 Jenny Craig locations. Additionally, Ricky worked in finance at Prudential Securities, Inc., Prudential Bache Securities, Inc. and Drexel Burnham Lambert. He graduated with a BBA from University of Texas: at Austin and an MBA from University of Miami School of Business. He's fluent in both Spanish and English.
