It is traded under the stock symbol of EVSP. ESP's strategy is to acquire a number of businesses that have complimentary goals for dealing with environmental issues and resolving environmentally sensitive problems. ESP has already completed several acquisitions and is in various stages of discussion with several other companies that are a good operational and economic fit. The current acquisition candidates, if they are acquired will include some that will be free-standing subsidiaries and others that will be absorbed into existing operations.
