Extreme Pizza is a rapidly growing concept that is positioned in the gourmet pizza marketing operating in metropolitan retail and lifestyle centers. Extreme Pizza maximizes square footage to maximize profits. The footprint of approximately 1200-1800 square feet creates an efficient production flow and a comfortable restaurant experience with seating up to 50 customers. The store buzzes all day with lively music, flat screens displaying stimulating programs and walls adorned with athletics performing twisted moves. The ideal revenue mix is roughly 50% delivery, 30% in-store and 20% takeout (results may vary depending on your location).

Training and Support
 From experience comes expertise. Our franchisees are thoroughly trained in operations, marketing and office responsibilities. To simplify franchisee training, Extreme Pizza has created complete management procedures and training modules. The use of technology (back-end intranet and integrated POS to process in-store or on-line orders, process reports and analyze growth) have also aided in the proficiency of team training. Six week of training (included in your franchise fee) encompasses inventory control, marketing techniques, food preparation and purchasing, labor controls, scheduling, accounting and of course operations.
