Tim Lockamy, owner of a traditional self-storage business in North Carolina, was always looking for ways to improve his service and attract more customers. What he found was that besides clean and safe, people mostly wanted something close and convenient.
Tim quickly realized that he couldn't get a storage unit any closer to customers' homes than placing it smack dab in front of their house!
