Founded in 1996 in Sydney, Australia by Ian Moses and Vivienne McIntosh, the concept started as a way to help busy families keep their pets bathed and groomed without the hassle of scheduling trips to the groomer and to satisfy the growing demand for mobile pet grooming services. The business was an immediate success and just three years later, the couple sold the rights to the concept in Australia and moved to the United States.
