Marc and Dawn have always been ice cream lovers. Whether it was a hot summer day or a cool autumn night, ice cream always seemed to be the one thing that brought happiness to the tastebuds.

It was at this time that Marc and Dawn found the recipes for GELATO hidden in a special trunk!! The trunk was brought over from Italy several generations ago by the Funaris®.
Once these recipes theyre discovered, Marc and Dawn began making small batches of GELATO for friends and family. The word spread, and people theyre demanding to get some of this wonderful frozen treat.
And as they say the rest is history. At this time, Marc and Dawn realized they had to share this wonderful treat with the rest of the world, and as a result FUNARI'S ITALIAN CREAMERY® was born.
