PLBN, LLC, is a partnership group led by Phil Larue and Ban Nguyen, Operating Partner in the original Jimmy’s Egg Restaurants located in Oklahoma City. The Franchise Group plans to open its third location next year in McAlister, OK.

OKLAHOMA CITY - Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Jimmy's Egg, LLC opened its fourth Omaha, NE and third Tulsa, OK locations this quarter, bringing the total number of operating Jimmy's Egg® restaurants to 34. Earlier in 2012, new Jimmy's Egg® restaurants opened in San Antonio and McAllen TX, Lawton, OK and Omaha, NE.

OKLAHOMA CITY, April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems announced three new restaurant openings in Oklahoma and Kansas.

The first new restaurant is located in Broken Arrow, OK. The restaurant opened on Monday, March 23rd. This location marks the second Jimmy's Egg for franchisee Over Easy, LLC.
