Founded by garment industry executive Ronnie Mandler after ten years of trials, research and development, the revolutionary quick-serve restaurant with its graceful decor is the first of what Mandler hopes will be a quick serve franchise of euro-style restaurants poised to change the perception of the quick serve restaurant industry in a way that Starbucks wooed coffee drinkers. "I wanted to bring to the U.S. the gourmet sausage meal I have always enjoyed on my trips to Europe but could never find in the U.S.," Ronnie Mandler explains.
