Sidney Allman (NC) worked in the automotive industry as a technician for a major car manufacturer before joining MARS. He plans to grow his business to add an employee in the future. A North Carolina native, Sid enjoys boating, yard work, and spending time with wife Cortney.

Cary Bownds (KS) worked in the sporting goods industry before joining MARS. He is a part of Bill Koontz's team, with plans to expand and see where it takes him. Cary enjoys motorcross, fishing and hunting.

Brian Faehner (OH) was the auto body director at a technical institute before joining MARS. He looks forward to expanding rapidly and allowing himself more time with his family...
