Miller’s Roast Beef has filled a gap in the market by serving high-quality, Certified Angus Beef and other top-notch classics through wonderful service satisfying customers of all demographics. People love Miller’s Roast Beef restaurant, and we are excited to begin providing our unique product and services to customers in other communities across the country. Franchise expansion doesn’t mean that we will cease to be family-owned, however. It just means that each new Franchise Owner and all of their customers become family, too. This is why our guiding philosophy has always been and always will be “Family Serving Family®”.

Franchise History

It all began almost 50 years ago when husband and wife team, “The Miller’s” took a shot at a business opportunity. They opened a sandwich shop with virtually all of their savings to follow their dreams of owning and running a restaurant. Together, the whole family pitched in to help get the business off the ground, working long days & nights, putting everything that they had into their new shop. They were determined to make it succeed. That they did! Their focus has never changed - to provide customers a wholesome meal & outstanding service without sacrificing quality. Over the years, the Miller’s Roast Beef® brand has become a staple in the community, an icon of sorts, becoming a local favorite spanning multiple generations
