On-Site Training:
You'll start with a full 3 weeks of on-site training in a real, operating Mr. Transmission business. During your hands-on training, you'll learn firsthand about how the business works. You'll interface with employees and customers. You'll watch the selling process in action. You become familiar with the business, inside and out.
Classroom Training:
In addition, you'll spend two weeks in classroom training, where you will receive easy-to-understand management training and learn to implement and follow our proven business system. The result? When your center is ready to open you'll be ready and able to take charge.
