My Coffee® is now offering a discounted initial franchise fee for multi-store purchases. There is a 3 store minimum for a multi-store agreement. My Coffee's initial franchise fee for a single store is $25,000. The discounted rate is $25,000 initial franchise fee for the first store, $20,000 initial franchise fee for the second store, $15,000 initial franchise fee for the third store, and $10,000 initial franchise fee for each additional store purchase when purchase at the same time under a multi store agreement.
