New Life began operation in Australia in 1984 when Pat Bates moved from America with the idea of introducing into the Australian market an innovative service based business. Initially Pat was a sole owner/operator, but within a short period of time the business showed such potential and growth that in May 1985 he teamed-up with Stephen Bird to form New Life Franchising Pty Ltd. Together with their wives, Irene Bates and Karen Bird, New Life has grown from a successful family business to an Australia wide Franchised Company.
Today its reputation for workmanship and service standards has lead to New Life being a leader in the marketplace.
