Fuddruckers Celebrates 25th Anniversary With Store Openings

(Thursday, March 02, 2006) - To celebrate 25 years in business, Fuddruckers has announced the development of 55 new locations. These restaurants will feature either the new 372-m2 (4,000-sf) store layout or the new 65-m2
(700-sf) express unit. These express locations reduce the need for prime real estate sites and offer prospective franchisees a reduced cost of entry. Express restaurants have recently opened in the Boston Logan International and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airports. Additional locations are scheduled to open in Washington Dulles and John F. Kennedy Airports, Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn., and Foxwoods Casino Resort in Mashantucket, Conn.

The company is also looking to expand in Canada and is making arrangements for Gordon Foods of Canada to be its main purveyor of supplies. Additional Fuddruckers are under development in Puerto Rico, Cyprus and Greece.
