Former WIS International CEO added to Board of Advisors at Concerto Networks

Edward Tonkon II, Senior Advisor partnering with Sterling Investment Partners, L.L.P. and Former Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of WIS International, to a position on its Board of Advisors.

Tonkon brings over 20 years of senior executive leadership experience in the publicly-traded and private equity corporate environments of retail and business to business outsourcing to his new position on the Board of Advisors. As Senior Advisor partnering with Sterling Investment Partners, L.L.P., a private equity firm with $800 million of committed capital based in Westport, CT, his primary role is to identify and acquire service business companies in the middle market that can achieve significant value creation. Prior to this position Tonkon was Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of WIS International, the world's second largest physical inventory management and merchandising services business with over 14,000 employees. He led this San Diego based business with a diversified base of over 7000 customers including the largest retailers in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Tonkon earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
