Local Salon Franchisee Wins Regis Corporation's 2006 Multi-concept Franchisee Of The Year Award

In 1984, Kitty and Jamil Alaily started with one Cost Cutters salon in Neenah, Wisconsin. With Kitty in the United States and Jamil working overseas, after hard work and many long distance phone calls, the two soon saw success.
