DELAWARE, Ohio, Feb. 7, 2007 â€" Express Personnel Services announces Tim and Alita Burke as the new owners of the Delaware Express Personnel office. The Delaware office has been in business since April 2005, fulfilling the company's mission to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many businesses as possible find good employees.

Prior to joining Express, Tim gained 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, serving most recently as growth services manager at Nationwide Insurance in Columbus, Ohio. He earned his bachelor's degree in management and finance from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. Tim is also involved in the Delaware Chamber of Commerce.
