TORRANCE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Doubletree® Hotels proudly announces the conversion of the Doubletree Hotel Torrance/South Bay, representing another addition to the brand's fast-growing portfolio of more than 180 fine properties across North America. Located halfway between downtown Los Angeles and Long Beach and within two miles of some of Southern California's most sought-after beaches, this 367-room Doubletree is situated in the South Bay city of Torrance and adjacent to one of the largest regional shopping and entertainment districts in the Western United States.
Formerly a Hilton hotel, the Doubletree Hotel Torrance/South Bay is operated by CTC Group, Inc., under a franchise agreement with Doubletree Hotel Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT).
