Mike Slavens of Sycamore, Ill. found the right opportunity to achieve his entrepreneurial ambitions when he joined the Moran Industries family in November 2005.

"It was an unconventional request when I proposed adding the Alta Mere brand to the center, yet I was given the support to make my wish a reality," said Slavens.
