Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Continues Colorado Expansion with Opening of Westminster Location
Grand opening to benefit the Westminster Fire Department
GREENWOD VILLAGE, CO, October 31, 2007 /PRNewswire-/-- Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (Red Robin) will open its 21st Colorado restaurant in Westminster on Monday, Nov. 12, at 11 a.m. The Westminster Red Robin® restaurant is located at 798 West 146th Ave., at The Orchard Town Center off 144th and Huron. Red Robin serves high-quality gourmet burgers, appetizers, entrees, salads and beverages in a family-friendly atmosphere.
As part of its grand opening celebration, Red Robin will donate 50 cents from every gourmet burger sold during grand opening week, Nov. 12 to 18, to the Westminster Fire Department. The money raised will help support two fire department charities, including the Westminster Fire Fighters Fire Victims Benefit Fund and the Westminster Public Safety Recognition Foundation.

"This donation will help ensure that fire victims in Westminster are able to secure basic necessities like shelter and food immediately after the traumatic event. It also enables us to recognize individuals that have acted heroically during an emergency, like the young man that went into a smoke-filled house to save his elderly neighbor last year."

The 5,600 square foot Westminster Red Robin restaurant will seat 202 guests, and will be 100 percent smoke-free. Red Robin has 20 additional restaurants in Colorado including eight locations in the Denver-metro area, four locations in Colorado Springs, and one location each in Boulder, Broomfield, Castle Rock, Grand Junction., Greeley, Lafayette, Longmont and Loveland.
