Famous Dave's Enters Area Development Agreement for Seven Restaurants in New York City

Barbecue, LLC, has purchased the right to franchise seven Famous Dave's Legendary Pit Bar-B-Que® restaurants in New York City. The markets covered by the agreement include the five Boroughs of New York City plus Westchester County.
Famous N.Y. Barbecue, LLC, is owned by Sammy Benmoha, a renowned New York City restaurateur. Sammy Benmoha owns and operates Maxie's Delicatessen and, in partnership with his father Jacob, the Roxy Delicatessen. Both restaurants are located in the heart of Times Square in Manhattan. Sammy Benmoha, who has owned restaurants for more than 15 years, grew up in the restaurant business. His father Jacob, who also owns and operates BenAsh Delicatessen in Times Square, has a long history in the restaurant industry.
