Dana Peluso Named Senior Legal Counsel For Accor North America
November 06, 2007 // Franchising.com // CARROLLTON, Texas -- Accor North America, one of the largest hotel chain owner and operators in North America, announces the promotion of Dana Peluso to Senior Legal Counsel. Dana currently supports the North American operations of Accor in all aspects of labor and employment law, litigation management, and general defense of claims.
Dana Peluso joined Accor North America as Corporate Counsel in April of 2005. Before joining Accor NA, Dana spent two years as in-house labor and employment counsel for Media General, Inc. and seven years as an employment defense attorney with the law firm of Williams, Mullen, Clark & Dobbins, both in Richmond, Virginia. Dana received a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech in 1992 and graduated cum laude from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1997. Dana was honored as one of Virginia's Legal Elite in the area of labor and employment law in 2004, and she is licensed to practice law in Texas and Virginia.
