Wingstop Opens first Glen Ellyn location
Nation's leading chicken-wing chain continues Illinois expansion
December 10, 2007 // Franchising.com // Glen Ellyn, Ill. – Wingstop, a fast-growing, chicken wing franchise known for cooked-to-order wings, continued its Illinois expansion with the recent opening of its new Glen Ellyn location. Vincent Romano and Deb Foley of Wings of Roselle, LLC opened the new Wingstop at 545 Roosevelt Rd. Wingstop's signature bone-in chicken wings and boneless wing strips are prepared fresh and are available in nine proprietary flavors. Both types of wings are made-to-order and there are no heat lamps, microwaves or holding bins in the store. Side dishes are made from scratch and prepared daily in each location. Party platters are available for catered events such as office parties, family gatherings and sporting events.
"We're very excited about this opening and the opportunity to serve this community," said Romano.
This is Romano's third opening. He opened his first Wingstop in Roselle two years ago and one in Carol Stream last November.
