Prominent Idaho Commercial Real Estate Firm Joins National Franchise Network

Gunstream is a well known commercial real estate firm headquartered in Nampa, Idaho.

Owned by 20-year commercial real estate veteran Jerry Gunstream, the firm has successfully served the Nampa, Boise and other surrounding Idaho markets for the last decade. The company will now be known as Coldwell Banker Commercial GUNSTREAM & Associates.
