Café Yumm!, Eugene's own fast-casual and uniquely Northwest eatery, has been selected to open a new location within the Medical Center.

For Café Yumm! founders Mark and Mary Ann Beauchamp, a PeaceHealth- affiliated location represents a lifelong commitment to creating delicious food that nourishes the body, starting for Mary Ann when she was a teen. "I knew even at fourteen [when my father had a heart attack in 1964] there had to be a healthier alternative to the food the hospital was serving to a sick man."
