Darren Monahan Named Director of Franchise Development
SEATTLE, Oct. 14 // PRNewswire // -- Gamer Doc(TM), the retail video game store that delivers a new and interactive customer experience, today announced that Darren Monahan has been tapped to fill the newly-created director of franchise development position. He reports to David Walker, vice president of franchise development for Gamer Doc, and will be based at the company's office in Newport Beach, Calif.

In his new role, Monahan will serve as Gamer Doc's primary point of contact with the franchise community, providing ongoing support and training to new and existing franchisees. His responsibilities include managing new store openings and transfers of franchise, conducting regional training, and ensuring compliance.

Monahan brings more than 15 years of experience in customer relations and sales to Gamer Doc. He has spent the majority of his career in the automotive industry, most recently as an automotive technical specialist for American Suzuki Motor Corporation. He has also held management and customer relations positions for Mazda Motor Corporation, McKenna Motors, Land Rover and Inland Empire Volvo.
