Third rank for the luxurious Hotel Park Hyatt Zurich

October 17, 2008 // Franchising.com // Zurich, October 2008 – The Park Hyatt Zurich was awarded with the third rank at the CASH Employers' Award 2008 on October 8, 2008. With this honour, the company may position itself among the best employers in Switzerland. On the initiative of staff, the five-star hotel participated for the first time in the CASH survey and placed themselves, owing to excellent results, in the top three. In direct comparison with other participants, Park Hyatt Zurich surprised with outstanding results. The hotel was evaluated "above average" in various categories, for example in departmental and company structures, corporate strategy, cooperation within the firm, employee promotion and support as well as adaptability of the enterprise. Kurt Straub, General Manager, is very proud that the hotel and his exceptional team won the award.

Cash Employers' Award

With the Employers' Award, CASH wants to give Swiss companies with more than 100 employees the possibility of acquiring important information about the commitment of their employees and the present state of the organisational conditions that influence their performance. This survey is the only public study conducted in Switzerland in which employees assess their own employers. Contrary to conventional surveys, all that counts here is the opinion of those who experience, on a daily basis, how a company treats its staff. Eighty-one companies from various economic sectors participated in the CASH Employers' Award 2008 and 45,585 employees completed questionnaires to rate their employer.
