Cousins Welcomes New Director Of Franchise Sales
January 14, 2009 // Franchising.com // (Menomonee Falls, WI)---Cousins Subs is pleased to announce the addition of Mark P. Cairns to its corporate team as the director of franchise sales.
Cairns comes to Cousins after seven years as the franchise development director for Huddle House, where he oversaw franchise sales and development throughout the Southeast United States and was responsible for the identification, qualification and approval process of all potential franchise candidates. Prior to his time with Huddle House, Cairns worked for Papa's Pizza To-Go for six years - first as the director of marketing and food and beverage distribution and later as the director of franchise sales. He also worked for Multifoods Specialty Distribution/Pueringer for 14 years, where he held positions ranging from national account manager for the eastern region of the country, sales manager and telesales manager. Cairns is looking forward to lending his two decades of industry expertise to his new role at Cousins.

Founded in 1972, Cousins Subs specializes in East Coast-style submarine sandwiches made with the finest ingredients served on a variety of freshly-baked breads, along with salads, soups, chips and soft drinks. Cousins Subs has approximately 150 restaurants in nine states and is currently working toward a goal of 220 restaurants nationwide by 2010.
