PuroClean Welcomes Home Vice President of Operations
National Property Damage Restoration Franchise Names John Capponi to Leadership Team

Lauderdale, FL – PuroClean, the nation's fastest growing property damage restoration franchise, announced today the appointment of John Capponi, an industry veteran with more than 25-years of experience in customer service and franchising, as the company's Vice President of Operations. Having previously spent a decade working for Purosystems, Inc., PuroClean's parent company, Capponi is already well versed in the PuroClean brand and mission.

As the company's Vice President of Operations, Capponi will help lead and further develop PuroClean's franchise support and training team, implement a new customer relations management system and manage the company's President's Council, which offers additional support for larger, more mature franchises.

Before joining PuroClean, Capponi served as Vice President for Business Development for a Florida-based construction and home improvement company. Capponi also served as Franchise Director for National Homecraft, a leader in metal roof installations, Vice President for Franchise Operations for ADVANTACLEAN, a leading provider of environmental services, and Vice President for Business Development for AFTERDISASTER, specializing in fire and water damage restoration.
Capponi will also be able to relate to PuroClean's franchise owners, having been a franchise owner himself for more than 12 years. Capponi said that the experience gives him great insight into day-to-day operations and issues faced by PuroClean franchise owners.
