Throughout his career, Bruce has worked with executives and business owners to re-invigorate their businesses while providing insights to improve revenues and profits. While reducing costs, he established business unit models that could be utilized by the management team. He balanced these activities while improving the quality of the lives of the people involved in the process.
Bruce has an extensive background in Domestic and International (Europe, Australia and New Zealand) operations, sales and marketing of telecommunication applications and services wholesaling with Telstra Australia, BT United Kingdom, Telecom Italia, Wiltel USA, etc. He performed strategic alignments of business unit initiatives for Premier Technologies Europe, and NRMA (National Roads and Motoring Association), Australia; reducing costs and increasing profitability.
As a marketing and product development consultant, Bruce designed new project initiatives at Australia's AAA equivalent (with 2 million plus members). He implemented changes to existing Membership products improving net profitability by AU$25 million, launched initiatives that contributed to AU$40 million in cost reduction and accelerated revenues. At Macquarie Corporate Telecommunications, as National Business and Technical Services Manager, Bruce and a team of Account Managers and Infrastructure Engineers successfully managed 300 key Corporate Accounts and increased staff performance by 15% . While on assignment in the UK, Bruce saved 50% in costs by recommending a new Least Cost Routing methodology, and conceptualizing and deploying products added US$10 million to the bottom line over a 4 year period for Premier Technologies Europe.
As an entrepreneur, Bruce has owned and operated a construction-related business in Las Vegas, closed it and merged the performing division. He brings all of this experience to small to medium-sized enterprise owners and business clients. He is passionate about his belief that you can have a happy, successful, rewarding business and be equally fulfilled in your personal life.
