Jimmy's Egg Announces Southwest Oklahoma Franchise
OKLAHOMA CITY, Dec. 3 // PRNewswire // -- Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems announced today that the breakfast and lunch chain has signed a new area development agreement for southwestern Oklahoma with Joe Day and Top of the Morning, LLC. The development agreement includes Lawton, Duncan, Altus and Chickasha, Oklahoma.

His 10+ years of experience at Chili's as director of Oklahoma operations will help strengthen the system" said Jim Burke, manager of Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems. "We continue to have qualified investors and operators join the Jimmy's Egg system because the investment model is solid and the hours of operation allow for a great quality of life" according to Burke.
The first restaurant for Top of the Morning, LLC is expected to be serving the community of Duncan by early spring of 2010. Since the formation of Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems in 2008 the company has added development partners in Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma and Nebraska.
Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems LLC is a joint venture between Loc Le, the founder of Jimmy's Egg and Jim Burke, the former President and CEO of Oklahoma based Eateries Inc. Burke co-founded the Garfield's Restaurant chain of 55 restaurants in 20 states which was sold to an investment group at the end of 2006. Burke and Brad Grow own Burke and Grow LLC, an investment firm focused on restaurant and franchise investment opportunities.
