Century 21 Real Estate Appoints Senior Vice President Of Franchise Sales
January 28, 2010 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world's largest residential real estate sales organization, today announced the appointment of James Ramsay as senior vice president, franchise sales.
In his most recent role as senior vice president, field services for the CENTURY 21® System, Ramsay is credited with reorganizing and streamlining the service organization, renewing 97% of eligible companies and rolling out several key initiatives focused on incremental growth.
Since joining the company in 2000, Ramsay has held several leadership positions including director of marketing, national director of broker relations, then vice president, franchise support prior to becoming senior vice president, field services.

Ramsay is a native of Dix Hills, N.Y., and a graduate of Cortland State University.
