Handyman Matters Awards Oleg Malamura with Craftsman of the Year for 2009
Snohomish, WA --(PR.com)-- Handyman Matters awarded Oleg Malamura with Craftsman of the Year for 2009 at national franchise convention held in Jacksonville, FL. The Craftsman of the Year is chosen as the nation's best based upon their skills in the trade and customer service. The nomination process consists of a letter of recommendation, photos of their work, and testimonials by the office staff and various customers. Once all information was evaluated, the clear choice was Oleg Malamura of Handyman Matters of King/Snohomish Counties.
"I am extremely honored to accept this award from Handyman Matters. This award is a combined effort of hard work and dedication to being the best I can be. And I love sharing this business with others and taking care of our customers and co-workers to the best of my ability," said Malamura, Craftsman.

These can all be evaluated; however, it's the Craftsman's personality and how he/she exhibits connection to the customer that is unknown. Oleg has consistently exceeded all of my expectations in both work ethic and customer service", said General Manager Greg Haigh. "I have witnessed Oleg donating a day's pay to a fellow employee whose husband was critically injured in a car accident. I have been amazed by his actions of caring – where he, his wife, and two little girls visited a hospitalized customer on Christmas morning. To me, Oleg delivers legendary customer service not only to his end customer but everyone on the team here at Handyman Matters."
The Craftsman of the Year was given to Oleg Malamura by Ram Randolph on February 6, 2010 at the 2010 National Franchise Convention held in Jacksonville, FL.
