Store owner and manager Steve Brehm says that Gamer Doc's success is based on superior customer service, the popular game rental program and excellent repair service.
"Gamer Doc has become the destination of choice for gamers in the area because each customer gets individual attention, and they respond very positively to that," Brehm said. "Our game rental program has really taken off, and is what we are best known for. Our repair business is quite strong because we provide outstanding service that people can depend on and trust."
Gamer Doc features "Gamer Centers" for Xbox® 360, Wii® and PlayStation® 3 that make it easy to find the consoles, games and accessories for each system. Customers can come in and pre-order, buy, sell, rent or trade-in games, and have their consoles and discs repaired. The "Pro Player" room is available for birthday parties and other celebrations, and is also the site for tournaments where local gamers can meet and compete for great prizes.
