Paciugo Gelato & Caffè Gives Moms a Special Taste of Italy for Mother's Day

Popular Italian Gelateria Treating Moms to Free Piccolo Cup of Gelato and Giving Away Mother Approved "Mom" Tattoos

May 10, 2010 // Franchising.com // DALLAS, Texas – In celebration of Mother's Day, on Sunday, May 9, 2010, Paciugo Gelato & Caffè, a family owned and operated company specializing in handcrafted Italian Gelato, is giving moms across the nation a complimentary Piccolo cup (Italian for small) of their favorite gelato. The savory treat is Paciugo Gelato & Caffè's way of saying, "Grazie mamma, sei il migliore (Italian for 'Thanks mom, you're the best')!"

Families visiting any of Paciugo Gelato & Caffè's 41 locations will be able to show their appreciation for mom with a fun, washable Mother approved "Mom" tattoo to sport throughout the day. The unique tattoo features the word "Mom" in a red heart above two blue gelato scooping spoons.

"Showing appreciation for mothers is a universal emotion, and Paciugo is recognizing all mothers across the nation for their every day sweetness with a rich and delectable treat," said Cristiana Ginatta, co-founder of Paciugo Gelato & Caffè. "What better way to thank mom for all that she does than with a fresh Piccolo cup of handcrafted, authentic, Italian gelato."

Paciugo Gelato & Caffè freshly handcrafts more than 30 flavors each morning in small batches, using wholesome ingredients such as whole pasteurized milk, cane sugar, hand-squeezed fruit juices and seasonal fruit from local farmers, chocolate from Belgium and Italian hazelnuts, pistachios and candied amarene cherries.

"A trip to Paciugo Gelato & Caffè for a cup of the best gelato outside of Italy will not only satisfy Mom's sweet tooth, but it will also make her feel like the queen she is," added Ginatta.
