Carlson and Rezidor Complete Sale of Regent Luxury Hotel Business to Formosa International Hotels Corporation

June 15, 2010 // Franchising.com // Minneapolis, MN and Brussels, Belgium - Carlson, a privately-owned, global hospitality and travel company, and publicly-held The Rezidor Hotel Group AB today announced that the acquisition of the Regent luxury hotel business by Formosa International Hotels Corporation (FIHC) has been completed. The companies announced on April 16 that they had signed a Master Purchase Agreement.
