G.I. Jobs Ranks Budget Blinds Among Military-Friendly Franchises

Jobs magazine. The list was created to help veterans clearly identify those franchise companies that offered the most incentive to veterans to join.

One of the incentives offered to veterans by Budget Blinds is a waiver of the $14,950 franchise fee for those U.S. veterans who pay their territory fee in cash. For those franchisees who finance their territory fee through Budget Blinds, the company discounts the franchise fee by $7,500.
Additionally, veterans are able to take advantage of the franchisor's other incentive programs, like the Royalty Holiday Program.
"The royalty holiday program is us betting on the effectiveness our program," said Hallock. "If the new franchisee has total gross sales of less than $750,000 in their first three years in business after following our program, we'll grant that franchisee a 10-month royalty holiday.
"Conversely, if the new franchisee posts $1.25 million for a single territory during his or her first three years in business, we'll give them a 16-month royalty holiday. Of course, conditions apply in both programs," said Hallock.
